Google is not GOD, but it can predict the future.
How? Why?
Today, Mr.Passenger share with me about Google Trends.
Basically Google Trends analyzes a portion of Google web searches keyword and terms.
Which means, Google know what people are looking for at any point of time. Everything is based on analytical calculation on the data collected.
For example, Google can already predict the increment of flu infection in US before it actually happen. How scary!

Maybe we can use it to predict the present trend, since it may help to identify "*hints*" in some real estate industry. If people start doing significantly searches for "Puchong House", then it is a good time to invest in housing at Puchong.
