Finally the package had arrived. We been waiting for it for quite a while already.

What is inside this package?


Yeah, it is a Tupperware product that Christine won from the Eco Tupperware Reduce Reuse contest not so long ago. All you have to do is just filling in a form and put a reason why you need the Tupperware products.





What we got is a tumbler and lunch box. Not bad but the bottle not so suitable for us. Going to give it away. ^_^

Anyhow, thanks to Tupperware for the products.

On the other hand, we all should be more concern on environmental friendly concept. We should reuse anything that we can.
What we do today will reflect what happen tomorrow.

p/s: Me myself are not so environmental friendly actually. Hehe

Due to certain reason, I get the free dine voucher for 2 person worth RM 200 in at Still Waters at Maya Hotel.

At first, we doesn't have high expectation on the food quality as we never heard of this restaurant before.

But.. let see the food we have !!

So how?
What I can said is it was extremely beyond of our expectation. The food was somehow really nice. But not sure why there is not much review/customer there.

Anyhow, if you had chance to visit Hotel Maya, don't forget to try out the food here yourself. Cheers!

Me : My liver got problem...
Bird : What problem?
Me : The SGPT or ALT is too high in bloodstream.
Bird : What's that?!

When my medical report came out yesterday, it wasn't look promising.
Beside high cholesterol, they said my liver might not in good condition..

What?! My liver got problem?! My world suddenly turn upside down.




I quickly go and survey what is SGPT/ALT on the net and this is what I found.

Alanine transaminase (ALT) Alanine transaminase (ALT), also called Serum Glutamic Pyruvate Transaminase (SGPT) or Alanine aminotransferase (ALAT) is an enzyme present in hepatocytes (liver cells). When a cell is damaged, it leaks this enzyme into the blood, where it is measured. ALT rises dramatically in acute liver damage, such as viral hepatitis or paracetamol (acetaminophen) overdose. Elevations are often measured in multiples of the upper limit of normal (ULN). Normal values:5 - 40 IU/L

Elevations of SGPT, an enzyme found within the liver cells, indicate that the liver cells are either leaky (internal contents are entering the blood) or damaged. A wide array of conditions can cause this problem. For example, viral hepatitis or alcohol can cause elevated SGPT. We know that patients can have elevated liver tests as a result of fatty liver, a condition that does not necessarily mean generalized obesity. Usually fatty liver is not a cause for significant liver problems.

And I found that mine just a bit above normal measurement. But I'm still worried. Might go for another details medical checkup. =.="



Starting from now, I need to sleep early and drink more water, avoid alcohol and any seafood...

Healthy Life Ahead !

Few months back, one of my colleagues from India office left something in our fridge during his trip to KL office.

It is Maggi Vegetable Atta Noddle (Masala)



Out of curiosity and hunger on one night (we are working overtime), we decide to cook that Maggi Noddle.


It smell so nice, feeling like just eating raw like that!!

But we finished it in just 2 minutes...hehe



Haha, what I can said is NICE!! Original authentic Indian flavor ... Yummy

Wonder they ever sell this in Malaysia...

This is my boarding pass during my transit at Bangkok from Hong Kong.
So do you see the gate as c5 or d5 ? For me, it is sure d5.

But too bad it is C !! WTF.
I almost missed my flight because of this.

Lesson learn: Check the departure electronic board for your gate. Do not believe the staff hand-writing.

This was a treat by Wee Siong for my birthday last month. Thanks bro!

It was my first visit to this famous chain of Hakka Cuisine, they have branch at most of the shopping mall here in PJ and KL.

The environment was nice and interior design is very nice, very relaxing. A good place for fine dining.

Jasmine tea... nice pot there.





But the food is normal and nothing to shout about it. But I still will blog about it because it was my birthday lunch. Haha...



The fried squid taste not bad but there still room for improvement. It suppose to be more crunchier.

The steam vegetable was the best. = )




Wee Siong said this is good but it was normal for me. Hehe



Overall, worth to try if you haven't try it before.
