Today I will bring you all to a local stall here at Seri Kembangan which sell amazing chicken rice (specifically Hainanese white chicken rice). I been eating at the stall since 8 years ago when I started my UPM studies here at Serdang. Ok. Stop the history, let’s go straight to the stall.
It was located behind the bus stop at the Seri Kembangan Main Road. Below is the photo for you to recognize the place.
hope u can find it.. ^_^
Please noted: It’s not like IPOH Chicken Rice which served with bean sprouts. And it also not like Melaka Chicken Rice which served with rice balls. It is just normal and simple chicken rice but taste excellent..hmm...yummy!!
chicken breast meat served with chicken liver
this is one set. Too bad, they don’t provide soup
The chicken was cooked in the way that the skin become like “jelly” kind of feel and the meat doesn’t have any blood inside like most other chicken rice.
But for us, Malaysian, chicken rice is nothing without any “shiok” chilli sauce. The sauce here are made of ginger, oil sauce, and green chilli. But the sauce really nice and made u want to refill it. ^_^.
there is always people line up for take-away, never empty
Finish !! nothing left..
I seldom finish my meal until that clean. So believe me, it really damn nice. If you can’t find the place, let me know. I will put a map here. = P

The chicken looks so raw one. Are you sure that it's cooked? And I hate chicken's organs. YUCK.

usually hainanese chicken here (SG) looks a little bloody on the bones, this is a sign that it's properly cooked.
the chilli sauce looks kinda dark or you have put alot of dark soya sauce?
don't understand why they don't serve soup as they should have a big pot after cooking those chicken.
btw, may i know how much is the serving? thanks! :)
