Do you pay extra and still stuck in traffic jam?
I do.
This is what happen to me this morning when I decided to use the SMART TUNNEL, not so smart after all. I paid RM 2.00 to enter the highway with the slogan “5 minutes to KL”. Darn the 5 minutes. It take me 30 minutes.
It is simply unacceptable that we pay toll and get stuck in traffic
Not to mention the toll collection plaza itself also have a long queue
Do these guys ever stop the politics war and start thinking of providing better service or life to Malaysian people?
Or at least maintain toll ways to zero jam.
Or at least refund my RM 2.00 first

someone told me, highway is built so that you rush from 1 toll booth to another toll booth.
highway meant to solve traffic jam, but how many time you see the highway toll booth is the one that cause traffic jam.

Passenger, yeah, it start to turn to SG already, everywhere also toll.
FoongPC, It get worst when you see the traffic at the road beside you (non-toll road) start moving but you still stuck in there
